Yesterday, I was watching a tv show and heard this quote...
To say "I'll try" is to say "I'll fail."
So I'm not going to say I'll try to lose weight. I am going to lose weight.
I am going to lose 40 pounds.
And I'm going to lose 40 lbs. by June.
